The small print
  • Buying a ticket makes you an ambassador. There is nothing to join and nothing to pay.
  • Your link is in the Grofomo app and in the emails we send you. The app also shows your running total.
  • A mate counts when their ticket is bought through your own link. Tickets count right up to the day of the show.
  • Rewards add up. Every reward you reach is yours to keep.
  • Drinks and food vouchers are for you to use on the night. They cannot be swapped for cash or given to someone else.
  • The ticket refund covers the face value of one standard ticket, not the booking fee. It goes back to the card you paid with after the show.
  • Cash rates for people with a following are agreed one to one before the show, and paid after it.
  • You must be 18 or over. We can remove anyone from the scheme for behaviour that reflects badly on the festival.
