Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

Data Protection

We comply with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when dealing with all data received from customers or visitors to our website.

Our Services

We only hold the data necessary to offer services provided on our website. We do not ask for or use more data than necessary to provide you with a proper service. This means we only process and hold data related to purchases and subsequent support related to those purchases, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any processing of your data is only done to provide or perform the services or products you have purchased.

Data Protection Register

Data is only used for the purposes described in our entry on the Data Protection Register.

Required Period

We only hold personal data for as long as necessary. Once data is no longer needed we delete it.

Card & Payment Processing Data

Tickets are sold through Grofomo, who handle all card and payment processing securely on our behalf. We never see or store any card or payment information. In accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) any other data is only used to process your purchase securely. In accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we need to retain data related to all purchases to fulfil our existing legal obligations to account for tax and VAT on all transactions.

Backup & Data Storage

For administrative reasons, customer data and email subscription data may be passed to and stored securely with third party service providers located outside the EEA (European Economic Area). This is done to backup and preserve your data where it is needed to carry on offering a service to you.

Customer Requests

As a customer, you can at any time (and free of charge) request details of the data we hold relating to you - and you can also request any such data is amended or deleted. Please note that if you request deletion of your data, this may prevent us from offering any further support relating to your previous purchases.

Email and SMS/WhatsApp Updates

We regularly send news and information updates via email or SMS/WhatsApp to existing customers, or prospective customers who have subscribed to our notification services. All subscription messages sent by us contain clear information on how to unsubscribe from that particular notification service. Our services are an opt-in service only; with your prior consent required in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means to subscribe you must enter your details into the subscription page and submit them to us, or submitted to them as part of a purchase (i.e. you are a current or previous customer of ours).

Our Promise

We never sell rent or exchange mailing lists.

Data Sharing With Partners

We do not share commercial or technical data with our partners unless we have specifically sought and obtained your prior approval. Where we request such approval, we will always fully disclose how your data is used.

Please note that even when we have your specific consent, we only share data with partners that operate their own privacy policy in full accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Spam

In accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, we never send bulk unsolicited emails, (popularly known as Spam) to email addresses.

Product Updates

We may send updates to existing customers or prospective customers who have enquired or registered with us, regarding products or services directly provided by us.

Email, SMS & WhatsApp Content

All messages sent by us will be clearly marked as originating from us. All such messages will also include clear instructions on how to unsubscribe from the service and any future messages. Such instructions will either include a link to a page to unsubscribe, or a valid email address or SMS/WhatsApp number to which you should reply, with "unsubscribe" as the subject or message body.

Cookies

The first time you visit, a bar at the bottom of the page asks whether we may use cookies. If you choose Accept, the site loads the Meta Pixel, which measures our adverts on Facebook and Instagram: it tells Meta which pages you looked at and, if you buy, that you bought, so we can see which adverts bring people to the show. Meta sets its own cookies to do this. If you choose No thanks, or make no choice, the Meta Pixel is never loaded and no advertising cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Tickets are sold through Grofomo. If you chose Accept and then buy a ticket, Grofomo also tells Meta about the purchase on our behalf, so that Meta can match it to an advert you saw. What is sent is the order value, your IP address and browser type, the reference from the advert if you arrived by clicking one, and your email address and mobile number in a scrambled form that Meta can only match against accounts it already holds. If you chose No thanks, or made no choice, nothing about your purchase is sent to Meta. Meta's notice is at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Whatever you choose, the site keeps a few small pieces of information in your browser so the ticket page works: your answer to the cookie bar, the order you are in the middle of, a promo code you applied, and the link you arrived through (an Ambassador's, an artist's or a campaign link), so the sale can be credited to it. The order and the promo code are cleared when you close the tab; the link you arrived through is kept for up to 30 days. Stripe, who take the card payment, and Cloudflare, who host the site, set the cookies they need to take a payment safely and to keep the site secure.
